Try your hand at the age-old craft of flower pressing. After a short ride along the slopes of the Simonsberg to the historic farmyard of Soetmelksvlei, artist Tina-Marié Malherbe guides you through the garden to pick, press and create your own botanical collection, followed by a hearty lunch at the Old Stables Restaurant before heading back to Babylonstoren.
